The line up of this live jazz band can
varys according to your needs. The usual live
up of the band is as a 4-piece or a 5-piece.
If they are hired as a jazz band to supply
music during a drinks reception for a corporate
event or to play background music during a
company party get together or for meal music,
they usually play as a 4 or 5 piece. If they
are performing as Mad Dog’s Little Big
Band, they start their line up from a 5-piece.
This band plays the big band swing jazz for
dancing. The line up can be augmented with

both the space available at the venue and
also the available budget. The band recently
supplied the entertainment as a walkabout
mobile jazz band for a corporate event at
the Silverstone Race Track, where 10 musicians
were hired. |
For the majority of conference events,

Originally it was appreciated by big band
lovers and by audiences who delighted in the
Rat Pack music of Frank Sinatra and his generation.

group of swing and jazz music lovers. This

of the more recent pop stars who have covered
this jazz music, including Westlife, Rod Stewart,
Michael Buble, Jamie Cullum, Norah Jones,
Jools Holland and his Orchestra and of course,
Robbie Williams. It has reached an even wider
appeal with the massively successful BBC Television
hit series, Strictly Come Dancing.
